Nairn Healthcare Group would like to make you aware of a great service offered by Chest Heart & Stroke. The Heart Failure Support Service matches people who have heart failure and might need some support with a local volunteer who can offer companionship to reduce social isolation, support to access services in the community, and encouragement to improve the quality of life by making healthy lifestyle choices. The volunteers are trained by CH&S, and there are two living in Nairn who are available now.
