Shingles Vaccination

The shingles vaccine is available for those aged 70 to 74 and 76 to 79.

If you were born between the following dates then you are eligible for a shingles vaccine:

02/09/1942 – 01/09/1947 (aged 70 to 74)

02/09/1937 – 01/09/1941 (aged 76-79)

Shingles is a common painful skin disease and this vaccine will reduce your risk of it

It is a single injection so unlike the flu, you will only need to have the jab once
